In my continued quest for the perfect case for my new 3G iPhone, I succumbed to the urge to buy the latest version of Incase’s Slider case in matte black. You may remember that this was my favorite case for my first-generation iPhone, and it looks like this is going to be a repeat performance with the 3G version - you can read the full review here (and my review of the Incase Slider for the first-generation iPhone is here, for those of you who haven’t switched to the 3G iPhone). For those of you thinking about upgrading to a 3G iPhone, my opinion is that it’s really not quite worth it, and you can read my full 3G iPhone v. first-generation iPhone comparison review here for all the gory details.

Hawk Pettingill has contributed another review to macgirl.net, and it’s another headset for those of you looking for an alternative to the OEM earbuds that come with the iPhone or other phone. This time, Hawk thoroughly checks out the UB5 headset from Ultimate Buds and you can read it here.

Like the new look? Well, don’t get too used to it since it’s temporary. :) At least I hope it is. I’m still having some problems with my regular theme after an upgrade to the site development software I use that are preventing me from using it at all, so I’ve made this theme change just so I can update my site in the interim. And remember how I kept saying I was going to merge my mobile blog with my regular blog? Well, that’s finally done, too - you can find my new and improved blog here.
